Statement of Work
Propane Delivery
GENERAL: This is a non-personal services contract to provide an uninterruptible supply of LP gas at Truxton Canon Agency to specific locations provided herein.
BACKGROUND: Truxton Canon Agency is a Federal Government establishment responsible for the utilities including LP Gas to effectively operate its federally owned and operated facilities.
SCOPE: Provide all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and all work necessary to execute and deliver to the Bureau of Indian Affairs- Truxton Canon Agency, in strict accordance with these specifications, the services and/or products listed below.
Vendor must be able to do minor and major repairs on tanks, gauges, piping and all related items dealing with propane. Vendor must keep propane in the tanks at all times. Vendor will be responsible to light all pilots if the B.I.A. runs out of propane. Vendor must comply with NEPA # 58 / ASME/DOT OSHA and other locations of services include the following.
Contractor shall come every week to check propane tanks during hours of operation.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025
HOURS OF OPERATION: The contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday thought Friday except on Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administration closing, or similar Government directed facility closings. The contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all LP Gas delivery when the Government facility is not closed or the reason(s) stated.
