Request For Quote (RFQ) MTARNG FMS Maintenance Shop

Metal Storage Cabinets w/ Drawers

1. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION

1 The Montana Army National Guard has a requirement for metal storage cabinets to support shop operations. These cabinets are critical to ensure parts accountability and storage, giving the shop enough organization and storage to keep quantities needed to increase unit readiness and reduce down time. The storage cabinets are for two locations with space restrictions and different configuration requirements. Parts to be stored range from small i.e. such as nuts bolts, light bulbs to large parts such as truck air filters, pumps etc. requiring modular style shelves and drawers with dividers.

2. INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS

2.1. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract that provides the supplies which represent the best value to the government when evaluating price and other-than-price factors.

2.1.1 Price – Quotes with greater detail of information and price breakdown will allow the Government to make an easier determination of price being fair and reasonable.

2.1.2 Technical – The Government will evaluate:

2.1.2.1 The technical submission of quote in comparison to the SOW.

2.1.2.2 Warranty Options.

2.1.3 Delivery Time

2.1.4 Past performance - Per DFARS 213.106-2(b)(i) past performance will include data pulled from Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) located in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform. Evaluation may also include information pulled from CPARS, FAPIIS, EDA, available government databases, and other sources.

2.2 This is a 100% small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 337215: Showcase, partition, Shelving and Locker Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. PSC is 7125.

2.3 If this NAICS is not listed as one of your organization’s codes in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, you will need to certify your business size for this NAICS (prior to award), via FAR Clause 52.212-3, Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications--- Commercial Items Alternate I.”

2.4 Quote shall include delivery of the cabinets to Helena, MT 59602. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.) Delivery shall be made to 3330 Skyway Dr, Helena MT 59602

2.5 Invoicing shall be through WAWF at https://piee.eb.mil and payment will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).

2.6 New products/parts ONLY; NO re-manufactured or "gray market" items. All parts shall be covered by the full manufacturer's warranty.

2.7 All applicable FAR, DFARS & AFARS clauses and provisions apply to this RFQ. (See attached)

2.8 Quoters shall submit an itemized quote with images, item descriptions, warranty information with servicing capabilities, shipping timeline, and individual pricing for each piece. Quotes without images may not be considered.

2.9 Provide the following information on your quote:

* UEI# and CAGE

3. SPECIFICATIONS

3.1 All cabinets shall be able to be placed against a wall or be placed in the middle of a room with no additional support needed.

3.2 All items shall be shipped directly to FMS9 at 3330 Skyway Dr, Helena MT 59602. Forklift is available to unload.

3.3 There are no installation requirements

3.4 Product shall, at a minimum, have a one-year warranty with a description of what it covers, its limitations, and who warranty is through and if items may be serviced on site.

3.5 Each shelf/drawer shall be able to support a minimum of 250lbs of weight, prefer heavier minimum.

3.6 No color preference but all shelves, drawers, panels, etc. shall be of the same color.

3.7 No requirement for power or outlets

3.8 No requirement for cabinets to be mobile

3.9 Cabinet, shelves, and drawers shall be metal

3.10 Configuration for FMS 7-Butte, Quantity of 4 each

3.10.1 Height must be 8 feet,

3.10.2 Width shall be 48-49”

3.10.3 Depth should be between 30-36”

3.10.4 Adjustable shelves, QTY 4

3.10.5 Drawers, 12 drawers total with the following dimensions: A ½ inch variance in height is permitted. All drawers shall be the full width of the cabinet.

QTY 4 at 9” tall, QTY 4 at 4-1/16th” tall QTY 4 at 5-1/16th” tall

3.10.6 Drawers need to contain customizable dividers to accommodate varying sizes of parts.

3.11 Configuration for FMS 9 – Helena, Quantity of 4 each

3.11.1 Height must be 10 feet,

3.11.2 Width shall be 48-49”

3.11.3 Depth shall be between 30-36”

3.11.4 Adjustable shelves, QTY 4

3.11.5 Drawers, 12 drawers total with the following dimensions: A ½ inch variance in height is permitted. All drawers shall be the full width of the cabinet.

QTY 4 at 9” tall, QTY 4 at 4-1/16th” tall QTY 4 at 5-1/16th” tall

3.11.6 Drawers need to contain customizable dividers to accommodate varying sizes of parts.

3.12 Here are cabinets in a different location that represent what we are requesting.
