About this file

The file contains a Statement of Work (SOW) template for a Short Term Contractors information sheet for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The document is a comprehensive visitor tracking form designed to capture detailed personal and professional information for contractors accessing CBP facilities, including fields for visitor contact details, passport information, citizenship status, and identification data.

The accompanying federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for five single-purpose detection canines for the Border Patrol K9 Center in El Paso, TX. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 112990, with a size standard of $2.75M. The procurement will follow a three-phase evaluation process: Phase I is a pass/fail assessment of breed conformance and availability, Phase II involves ranking offerors based on open orders and past performance, and Phase III includes a physical evaluation of the canines. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with quotes due by March 28th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, to be submitted via email to david.d.williamson@cbp.dhs.gov.
