About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the NASA Shared Services Center's (NSSC) product renewal for Kofax (Tungsten Automation) electronic document management software. The software automates business processes by capturing, transforming, and delivering paper and electronic documents into core business applications and workflows. NSSC maintains single licenses for Test and Prod environments and considers the product critical to its Document Imaging function.

The contract period of performance is from 10/1/2025 through 9/30/2026, with performance located at NASA Shared Services Center, Building 1111, Stennis Space Center, MS, with potential remote work authorization. The non-renewal impact would be severe, potentially causing a complete shutdown of document receipt, scanning, processing, and distribution across NSSC and other NASA Centers, resulting in widespread mission failures and affecting numerous Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Agency-wide. The solicitation indicates a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), with interested organizations able to submit capabilities and qualifications by 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 7/24/2025.
