About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC) procurement of four All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) for the National Product Testing and Evaluation Center (NPTEC). The specific requirements include two Suzuki King Quad 500cc models: one 2025 model year XP AXi (LT-A500XPM5) and one 2022 or newer XP Axi (LT-A500XPZS), both manufactured in the contiguous United States. Key specifications mandate new vehicles with warranties, power steering, non-black solid color schemes, and for the used model, less than 1,000 miles and up-to-date maintenance.

The procurement is a fixed-price contract with a preferred vendor located within 50 miles of Rockville, MD. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis, with offerors required to demonstrate capability to meet the SOW requirements. The contract performance period is limited to 14 days after award, and the Government reserves ownership rights to all work products and deliverables. The solicitation indicates a potential sole-source award to JT Motorsports, with interested parties able to submit capability statements by 2 pm EST on July 22, 2025, to the Contract Specialist via email.
