STATEMENT OF WORK
CENTER FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE – DATA GATHERING REQUIREMENTS
A. Scope
In order to sustain the CAE’s performance and to continue advancing the educational mission of the Academy, the CAE must fully track all student usage of our programs. The STARFISH software facilitates insight into student data, allowing the CAE to act and serve students proactively.
Furthermore, to facilitate the highest quality academic support services, data gathering software is required for quality assurance, user management, and communication for all stakeholders, including USNA faculty and staff members.
B. Requirements
a. Must be a cloud software-based service.
b. Must integrate with the Naval Academy’s software, MIDS.
c. Must provide CAE with a process for maintaining data and producing timely reports.
d. Must provide a group-based sharing system that allows access for students, faculty, and staff.
C. Deliverables
a. Access to data gathering software, which performs automatic processing, routing, and load leveling for data gathering processes for three additional contract years—a continuation of our current contract N0018921P0559
D. Period of Performance Software must be installed and subscription start NLT than September 3rd, 2024.
