About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a garage door replacement project for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter GREENBRIER located in Natchez, Mississippi. The project requires replacing a 12'x12' motorized roll-up garage door, including sensors, controls, motors, rails, and accessories, with all materials designed for marine external use and weather conditions. The contractor must remove the existing door, install new weather-stripping, conduct a water hose test for weather-tightness, and properly dispose of old equipment.
The solicitation (70Z02925QNEWO000007) is a small business set-aside using NAICS code 238190 with a size standard of $19M, resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the lowest-price quoter. Quotes are due by 3:00 pm CST on August 21, 2025, and must be submitted to Clarence.henshawjr@uscg.mil. The contract requires a 12-month warranty on all work, with delivery to be completed within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) at the specified Coast Guard location. The point of contact is Chief Patrick Holom, and all work will be coordinated to minimize operational impacts on the unit.
