About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the maintenance and support of the Speakerbus Conference Bridge system used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The SOW states that the existing Speakerbus maintenance and support agreement must be renewed to ensure continued operation of the conference bridge at the FEMA Operations Center and two Alternate Operations Centers. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance, support, and telephone support during normal business hours. The contractor must have a Top-Secret clearance, experience supporting Emergency Alert System (EAS) and National Warning System (NAWAS), and expertise in maintaining the Voice Conferencing Manager (VCM) system and Hoot-N-Holler circuits. The period of performance is June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
The related federal contract opportunity is a sole source purchase order to Optivor Technologies for the Speakerbus maintenance and support services. FEMA plans to issue this purchase order on a sole source basis due to Optivor's status as an authorized vendor for Speakerbus products.
