About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the replacement of a split system air conditioner at the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Sector Milwaukee facility. The contractor will be required to provide and install a new 3-ton ductless console air conditioner and heat pump condenser, and perform associated work such as removing and disposing of the old equipment, flushing the lineset, and completing all electrical and control connections. The work is to be performed during normal business hours within a 30-day period after contract award. The contractor must provide qualified personnel and ensure continuity of support throughout the project. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 20, 2024, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose quote is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors. This SOW is part of a broader federal contract opportunity solicitation number 37240PR240000047 for HVAC installation services, which is set aside for small businesses.
