Statement of Work (SOW)
Cytokine Reference Lab DNA Sequencing
GENERAL INFORMATION
1.0 Scope of Work: Assaying of 608 Swine Serum Samples
Covered components will include:
Lab will run 608 samples from one study. Assays to be ran: TNF-alpha, IL-1 alpha, IL-1 Beta, IL-1 RA, IL-6, and IL-8. Data must be comparable to the originally ran baseline dataset.
Data must be delivered in a mely manner, with a 2–3-week deadline.
2.0 Background: Cytokine Reference Analytes for Swine Study. Baseline samples previously submi ed and will be used to compare treatments of the current samples.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks:
Service tasks include, but are not limited to:
1) Contractors will run ELISA kits with proficiency, with CV % <15%, preferably less than 10%.
2) The contractor will provide ELISA outputs and data will be accessible and available for download via the contractor’s server.
4.0 Government Furnished: Government-furnished support is limited to the preparation of
608 serum samples to be shipped to the contractor.

6.0 Travel: None
7.0 Contractor’s Key Personnel: Contractor’s personnel will be highly trained and successful in order to perform the analysis, data quality control, and generation of data.
8.0 Security Requirements: None- serum samples will be sent to the contractor via commercial shipping services without any visits to our location.
9.0 Data Rights: We retain the rights to the data files which we will obtain from the contractor’s server.
