Statement of Work
1. Description of Services
1.1 Provide services as outlined. Here to the purchaser is known as the 341st Missile Wing (US Government) and the contractor providing service is known as the seller.
2. PERFORM THE 5-YEAR, 3000-HOUR BOOM DISSASEMBLY AND INSPECTION PER
NATIONAL CRANE MODEL 1100 OPERATOR AND SERVICE MANUAL. THE CRANES
TO BE SERVICED ARE: AIR FORCE REGISTRATION NUMBER 08D00449 SER# 294460,
REGISTRATION NUMBER 08D01024 SER# 295285 AND REGISTRATION NUMBER
11D00080 SER# 296434. 3 TOTAL CRANES, NATIONAL 1100 MODELS.
2.1 AT A MINIMUM: THE BOOM IS TO BE COMPLETELY TORN DOWN TO ALLOW A
THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE EXTEND AND RETRACT CABLES, SHEAVES, AND
PINS. THE EXTEND AND RETRACT CABLES, WEAR PADS AND SHIMS WILL BE
REPLACED WITH OEM APPROVED PARTS. THE BOOM WILL BE LUBRICATED,
FUNCTION TESTED AND LOAD TESTED WHEN COMPLETED.
3. PROVIDE: A ONE YEAR / UNLIMITED MILAGE WARRANTY
4. Shipping and handling for parts to destination and core return freight costs, if any, are to be included in the total purchase price.
5. The vehicle will be delivered and picked up from the repair facility by the purchaser.
6. Prior to acceptance, the product will be inspected by a representative from 341 Missile Wing Logistics Readiness Squadron Vehicle Maintenance.
