STATEMENT OF WORK

Common Operating Picture (COP) Program Support COP Command & Control (C2) Shelter Safety Concerns Remediation

Electrical Line Burial and Bollard Protection Installation for Propane Tank

1. Introduction and Overview

This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the purpose of burying the above-ground portion of the 480V electrical cable that is appropriately 200 feet in length and installing bollards around the Command & Control (C2) generator propane tank, both of which service the Common Operating Picture (COP) C2 Shelter at the Douglas Border Patrol Station in Arizona. The above-ground portion of the 480V electrical cable is currently installed in a safety track from the meter box until the street crossway, where it remains underground for the rest of the length to the C2 shelter. The generator propane tank is currently only protected from vehicular traffic by the street curb. Both safety concerns must be resolved in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
