About this file

This Statement of Work outlines requirements for PRI circuit and connection services between Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) in Chinle, AZ and NAIHS sites. The contractor must provide secure, private PRI circuits to enable network connectivity and phone calls using CCHCF's existing VOIP, WAN, and LAN systems.

Key requirements include maintaining 98% uptime with continuous connection and local dial tone availability, quick response to circuit outages, completing circuit studies for slow transmission rates upon request, and ensuring proper security measures to protect equipment. The period of performance spans from July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2028, consisting of a base year plus three option years. The work involves coordinating with local power companies during outages and restoring any damaged copper or fiber lines affecting PRI services. The associated federal contract opportunity indicates this will be a sole-source award to Navajo Communications Co., Inc under NAICS code 517111 for Wired Telecommunication Carriers.
