About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the installation of a Neoverse LED wall at the Thede Bowling Center, Building 800, at Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas. The scope of work includes removing existing masking units, providing a new framing, wall, cabinets and electronics for the Neoverse LED wall, installing the Neoverse server and LED wall, integrating it with the existing QubicaAMF point of sale, scoring, and management systems, and providing virtual training to facility staff. The contractor is responsible for procuring, supplying, transporting, and installing all required materials and equipment. The base facility will submit a work order to provide new electrical outlets as needed based on a site survey conducted by the contractor. The parts list details the specific LED wall cabinets, modules, cards, and power supplies required, as well as the Neoverse server and subscription licenses.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for the Neoverse LED wall to QubicaAMF Worldwide, LLC. This is due to QubicaAMF being the sole proprietor of the required Neoverse equipment that can interface with the existing QubicaAMF software and point of sale systems at the bowling center. Soliciting or awarding to another source would require the purchase of a separately compatible scoring, POS, and bowling center management system, which is out of scope and not budgeted. This will be a firm-fixed price purchase order awarded under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition.
