About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a state and local contract opportunity between the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) and a vendor to provide professional services for the upgrade and installation of the Layer 7 API Gateway. The vendor will be responsible for reviewing the current Layer 7 API infrastructure, installing and configuring the Layer 7 API on a single node development environment and a high availability quality assurance cluster environment, performing smoke testing, creating installation runbooks, and providing knowledge transfer to the DoIT team. The project duration and timeline are not specified.
The SOW outlines the required roles and responsibilities, including a Project Manager and Security Consultant, with estimated hourly rates and total estimated fees. The acceptance criteria, cost breakdown, and assumptions are also detailed. This contract opportunity is part of a larger ServiceNow implementation project for the State of Illinois, and the vendor selected must have expertise in the MuleSoft platform.
