About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Line Item (CLIN) Breakout detailing the replacement of end-of-life wireless equipment at three Indian Health Service locations: Sacramento, Davis, and Hemet. The procurement covers eight line items totaling Cisco wireless infrastructure components across the facilities.
The required equipment includes one Cisco Catalyst 9800-L Wireless Controller with copper uplink for Davis (LINE 1), wireless access points consisting of 25 Cisco Wireless 9172I units for Davis (LINE 2), 5 units for the Central Administrative Office/Sacramento (LINE 3), and 23 units for Hemet (LINE 7). Associated with these access points are three-year Digital Network Architecture Essentials licenses: 25 licenses for Davis (LINE 4), 23 for Hemet (LINE 5), and 5 for the CAO (LINE 6). Additionally, SmartNet 8X5XNBD support for 12 months is required for the Davis wireless controller (LINE 8). This is a Buy Indian Set-aside under NAICS code 334111, restricted to American Indian and Alaska Native Small Business concerns (ISBEE/IEE), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The solicitation (IHS1524762) is for brand-name Cisco equipment only and anticipates a single firm-fixed price award under the Indian Health Service authority.
