About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Containerized Expeditionary Refueling System (CERS) to be provided to the 621st Contingency Response Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The SOW outlines the technical requirements for the CERS, including specifications for pumping rate, filtration, fuel bladders, hoses, and refueling nozzles. The government is seeking a self-contained system capable of fitting inside a single ISU90 shipping container and meeting all requirements. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivery, while maintenance and operation will be handled by the 621st CRW. The government requires a new, non-refurbished product with standard commercial warranty. Delivery is required within 16 weeks of award.

The related federal contract opportunity is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under NAICS code 333914 as a small business set-aside. Quotes are due by September 9, 2024, and all questions must be submitted by September 4, 2024. The requirement is for an Expeditionary Fuel Kit meeting the specifications outlined in the SOW.
