STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR SUPPLIES

ILLINOIS ARMY NATIONAL GUARD (ILARNG)

129TH REGIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (RTI)

Project Title: 129th RTI Culinary Specialist (92G10) Training Area Requirement

13 MAY – 6 August, 2022

1. INTRODUCTION. The 129th RTI conducts Military Occupational Specialty Training 92G10 Courses at the Illinois Military Academy (IMA) throughout the year. During these events, students are required to demonstrate individual culinary skills requiring the use of a culinary training area.

2. BACKGROUND. The 129th Regional Training Institute (RTI) will need a facility with the proper equipment to conduct a Culinary Specialist (92G10) Military Occupational Specialty Qualification (MOSQ) Course. The unit does not currently have a space to conduct this mission. The building/facility must be climate controlled and able to support 20 personnel conducting mission training in a kitchen environment with adequate lighting, hot and cold running water. The facility will be needed on the following dates:.13 – 20 May 2022, 8 -15 June 2022 and 30 July – 6 August 2022.

3. SCOPE OF WORK. The 129th RTI will need a rental/leasing agreement of a facility that will be spacious enough to support 20 personnel conducting food operations during the Culinary Specialist Course. In addition to requirements listed in the above project description, the facility must also include the following equipment:

Gas Range, 18 each (minimum 4 burners) Convection Oven, 2 each Refrigerated food storage space (100 cubic feet) Frozen food storage space (100 cubic feet) Table, Food Preparation (80 linear feet, stainless steel) Cabinet, Dough Proofing, 1 each Mixing Machine, Food, Electric, 18 each (minimum 5 quart) Shelving, Food storage (20 linear feet) Microwave, 1 each (minimum 2 cubic feet, 1000 watt) Sink, 3 compartment (sanitizing/dishwashing capabilities) Dumpster garbage (minimum 2 cubic yard capacity) Video camera system with multiple monitors to allow students to view instructor’s hands/techniques demonstrated from each of the student work stations

The 129th Regional Training Institute (RTI) provides additional equipment needed to support the Mission.

4. QUANTITY AND DATES REQUIRED. The Contractor provides the facility is available for our students to use on the below dates with adequate space to store our equipment and students for the following dates.

13 – 20 May 2022

8 -15 June 2022

30 July – 6 August 2022

5. Quality Assurance. Facility and equipment must meet specifications in accordance with Technical Bulletin Medical 530 Tri-Service Food Code, 410 IL Compiled Statutes 650, and FDA food guidance and regulations.
