About this file
This is a project description document for the Hamilton County Highway Department in Indiana regarding guardrail repairs and replacements at multiple locations. The project encompasses three sites: Bridge No. 110 on 186th Street approximately 0.01 miles west of Grassy Branch Road, Bridge No. 114 on 206th Street approximately 0.24 miles west of S.R. 37, and a small structure on Southeastern Parkway approximately 0.30 miles north of 113th Street. Work at Bridge 110 is limited to the northwest intersection quadrant, while Bridge 114 requires repairs in all four quadrants. The Southeastern Parkway small structure requires guardrail repair and replacement along the west side of the roadway. Contractors must replace all damaged approach guardrails, end treatments, railing posts, rub rails, and attachment hardware in accordance with the most recent MUTCD standards and 2026 INDOT Standard Drawings and Specifications.
The project scope includes all labor, materials, installation, equipment, and traffic maintenance necessary to complete the work. Supervision and all related work required for project completion are included in the pay items identified on the quotation sheet. The Hamilton County Highway Department is requesting competitive quotes for these repairs, with contractors responsible for ensuring compliance with current industry standards and specifications throughout the project duration.
