The government is seeking sources that can meet the following specifications: the unit must be mounted on a 4.5-inch ConFlat flange, be compatible with nitrogen and argon gases up to 10 sccm, generate a plasma at up to 500W of RF power with auto-tuning, produce ions with energies up to 400eV, and provide an ion current density greater than 0.03 mA/cm2. Delivery is required within 16 weeks of order receipt to the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD. Responses are due by 11:59am EST on July 2, 2024 and should include the extent to which the specifications can be met, the respondent's business type and size status, and past experience. Small, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. This is a market research effort and does not guarantee a forthcoming solicitation or contract.
