All respondents must address domestic manufacture and availability, including the country of manufacture, domestic content percentage certification, COTS status, critical component sourcing, production capacity against stated quantities, lead times, and conditions for establishing or expanding domestic production. Vendors must also identify alternative or substitute domestically manufactured items and disclose whether offered items meet Trade Agreements Act requirements if not domestic end products.
