PROGRAM BACKGROUND
The Fort Bliss Directorate of Emergency Services requires certified maintenance services for the Intoxilyzer 9000 breath alcohol testing instruments. The Contractor will provide ongoing maintenance, calibration, certification inspections, operator training, and expert testimony to support these efforts. The estimated period of performance is one (1) base year of 12 months, with four (4) 12-month option years, and a six (6) month extension option under FAR clause 52.217-8.
