Sources Sought Notice FA4626-26 – Vehicle Post Lifts
This is a Sources Sought notice issued by the U.S. Air Force for market research purposes only, not a binding solicitation. The Air Force seeks to identify potential vendors capable of providing two new two-post vehicle lifts for Malmstrom AFB. Responses must be received or postmarked by 2:00 pm Mountain Daylight Time on 12 June 2026. The applicable NAICS code is 333310 (Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Air Force is particularly interested in responses from small businesses, including 8(a) certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-owned small business concerns. Interested parties must complete the Contractor Capability Survey, provide their small business certification status, describe anticipated teaming arrangements with clear delineation of prime and partner responsibilities, and document similar services provided to government and commercial customers over the past three years.
The requirement specifies two new two-post lifts with a minimum 30,000 lbs lift capacity, including removal of existing legacy lifts, full installation, leveling, and operational testing. The vendor must be ALI GOLD certified and capable of service/repair within 24-72 hours. Warranty requirements include a minimum 25-year warranty on structural components, 2-year warranty on hydraulic components, and lifetime warranty on carriage bearings. The contractor must provide a sustainment plan detailing how service requirements will be met. No contract award will result from this Sources Sought; if the Air Force proceeds with procurement, a separate presolicitation synopsis will be posted to SAM.gov. All submissions are non-returnable, and vendor web page references will not be accepted. Inquiries should be directed to SSgt William Perry or Karen Broughton at the contact information provided.
