The notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the government to issue a solicitation or commit to any purchases. The requirement seeks SDVOSB or VOSB firms, small manufacturers, large businesses, or distributors to provide a dosimetry device manufactured in America under NAICS code 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing). The specific device sought is the SRS MapCHeck, which must feature a high-density 20-dimensional diode array to eliminate film and subjectivity from stereotactic quality assurance.

The SRS MapCHeck must offer efficient electronic SRS patient QA and end-to-end testing capabilities with a QA setup tool for Single Isocenter Multiple Target (SIMT) plans. Required specifications include the ability to test all stereotactic planning and delivery aspects using various inserts and detectors, a StereoPhan insert with internal fiducials visible to kV imaging, and compliance with American College of Radiology accreditation guidelines for CT image quality. The device must measure multiple-target off-axis accuracy and detect gantry, collimator, and couch errors, with dimensions of 320 x 105 x 45 mm and weight of 1.9 kg. The device must contain Sunpoint 2 diode detectors and be compatible with A26 ION Chamber, SunCheck software, DQA 3, Profiler, and ArcCheck.
