About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice Questions document designed to gather market research information from qualified vendors interested in providing construction materials and related services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District. The government is considering establishing a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a $45 million ceiling to supply heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and incidental services for projects throughout Florida and Georgia. Respondents are requested to address 16 specific questions covering company qualifications, relevant NAICS codes (423390, 237990, 237310, and 212321), experience with similar projects, product catalogs, and delivery capabilities.
Key requirements outlined in the questions include vendor ability to deliver materials within five business days of order placement, inclusive pricing of all transportation costs, geographic coverage across Florida and Georgia, order tracking and reporting capabilities, and standard lead times for both common and specialty materials. Vendors are also asked to provide feedback on the contract structure and vehicle type. This is a pre-solicitation notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to issue a procurement action. Interested vendors should submit responses addressing company information, CAGE code and UEI number, socioeconomic status, existing government contracts, and detailed capabilities related to construction materials supply and logistics.
