Notice Type: Sources Sought Date: 22 December 2025 Response Date: 06 January 2026 14:00 EST Classification Code: Y1JZ Construction of Miscellaneous Buildings
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are commercially available and interested suppliers capable of performing the services pertaining to the following and as detailed in provided attachments– Technical Information:
1. ULTRA-RF/A
a. Manufacturer – Sheilding Resources Group (SRG)
i. Product – ULTRA-RF/A with Enhanced Performance Package
ii. Requirements – The scope of this project requires an engineered integral system to meet the project requirements. There is only one known manufacturer who can provide all the various RF shielded system products required in this project, Shielding Resources Group, Inc (SRG). While other manufacturers/suppliers can/will “provide” some of these products, they acquire it from SRG. The systems have proven their effectiveness at multiple spaces on local military installations and should serve as an appropriate solution for this project. The RF shield system is delegated design responsibility identified in the construction documents for the RF shield contractor/sub-contractor to coordinate with SRG for integration of the RF shield boundary systems. Therefore, designer of record has determined that the use of Shielded Resources Group’s RF-Shielding Products is critical for meeting the design requirements for this project.
