Sources Sought Notice Identification Number: FA480323QB052
This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for market research purposes only. This Is Not A Request For Proposal, Quotation Or Invitation for Bid. No Solicitation Is Currently Available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this sources sought announcement. The Government will not be held accountable for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement.
The 20th Contracting Squadron, located on Shaw Air Force Base South Carolina is conducting market research to identify potential sources (Small Businesses) that have the knowledge, skills and capability to perform the work described below. The responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions for this project. All responses are to be sent via email to:

Description of requirement: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, permits/licenses, and any other special items or services necessary to perform operations involved in annual/tri annual or emergency cleaning/skimming of oil water separators (OWS) or holding tanks. In the event of any contractor concerns, waste should be sampled by the contractor (at their own expense) prior to initial work performance to verify the presence of hazardous waste constituents. All work shall be accomplished at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, South Carolina and shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Submission Details:
All interested, capable and qualified contractors (under NAICS code 562998) are encouraged to reply to this sources sought notice. Interested contractors are requested to submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in projects of similar nature as described in the SOW. Narratives shall be no longer than 4 pages. All responses are required to be emailed to the points of contact (POC’s) listed below.
All interested parties are requested to provide the following information in their response:
(1) Name of Company
(2) Institution or Organization Affiliation
(3) Email address and phone number of the main point of contact
(4) Business size, socio-economic status and Cage Code
(5) System of Award Management (SAM) Information
(6) Current Schedule or Contract Information (e.g. GSA Schedule, Government IDIQ Award Holder, etc.)
