Synopsis:
This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation announcement. This notice does not obligate the Department of Veterans Affairs to award a contract, nor does it commit the agency to pay for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of responses. The purpose of this notice is to identify capable and qualified sources that can fulfill the requirements for Flow Cytometry Testing.
1.0 Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center Laboratory located in
Milwaukee, WI is seeking interested sources capable of providing 10-color Flow Cytometry instrumentation with ancillary sample/reagent prep equipment. This can be a CPRR (Cost per Patient Reportable Result), CPT (Cost per
Test) or a fixed monthly lease. This is not a capital purchase. This effort includes but is not limited to additional tests, reagents, and instrumentation added to the contract as new technology becomes available on the market and added to the awarded contract. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract with one base year and four, one-year options and shall be effective for the term of the contract including additional extensions
2.0 Responses:
Interested parties are requested to respond to this notice with a capability statement. Capability statements shall include the following information:
1. Company Information:
o Company Name o Address o Point of Contact o Phone Number o Email Address o Website (if applicable) o DUNS Number o Cage Code
2. Business Classification:
o Large Business o Small Business (including socioeconomic categories such as 8(a), HUBZone, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, etc.)
3. Relevant Experience:
o Provide examples of at least one similar project performed within the last two years. Include information such as project descriptions, contract numbers, points of contact, and contact information.
4. Capabilities:
o Describe your capabilities in meeting the requirements outlined in this notice. Include any relevant certifications, resources, or qualifications.
5. Past Performance:
o Provide information on past performance indicating your experience with projects of similar scope and complexity. Include customer references (names and contact information).
3.0 Submission Information:
Responses shall be submitted electronically to Colby Pasholk at Colby.Pasholk@va.gov no later than 10/08/2025, 10:00Amm, Local Time.
