About this file

This is a Sources Sought Form issued by the Maryland Air National Guard for market research regarding UPS maintenance and battery replacement services. The document seeks to identify potential contractors capable of providing annual maintenance on a UPS 9395 and replacing batteries (PWHR12540WFR), with no formal solicitation currently available. The government will evaluate respondents based on their ability to provide services consistent with the scope, demonstrate adequate corporate and technical resources, implement effective project management, and potentially perform under a performance-based service acquisition contract.

The sources sought notice indicates the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Interested vendors must complete a detailed form providing company information, including NAICS code 335311, organizational details, and socioeconomic status (such as small business, 8(a) program participant, HUB Zone, woman-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned). Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit tailored capability statements with supporting documentation. The government emphasizes that submission is voluntary, no financial responsibility will be assumed, and no feedback will be provided to participants.
