About this file

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) for market research purposes regarding the procurement of Currency Bundle Labels and Cash Pak. The notice is not a formal solicitation and does not constitute a binding commitment to purchase; rather, it is designed to gather information on qualified contractors' capabilities and technical specifications. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.

The TCSC is specifically seeking small business contractors with a business size of 500 employees or fewer, as defined under NAICS Code 322299 (PSC Code 8135). Interested contractors must submit their technical capability statements and product information to susandelacruz@treasury.gov by July 31, 2026, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Responses should include a statement of the company's capability to supply the currency bundle labels and cash pak, along with technical and product documentation for each type of production material, including manufacturing location details. The attached BEP Specification for Labels: Pressure Sensitive, Currency Bundle and Cash Pak (32 pages) contains detailed requirements. If this requirement advances, a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at a later date with formal bidding instructions. Potential contractors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for future solicitation announcements, as non-response to this notice does not preclude participation in any subsequent formal solicitation.
