About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by HQ USSOCOM for market research purposes to identify qualified vendors, particularly small businesses, capable of providing Everfox Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) hardware and management support. The Government requires specific brand name products from Everfox (formerly Forcepoint Federal) to maintain compatibility and security compliance with existing cyber security infrastructure. The required products include: Everfox High Speed Guard (HSG) Generation 5 Hardware Bundles (high-performance cross domain guard hardware with platform software and baseline security policies); Everfox Control Center Management Servers (centralized administration and management servers for CDS appliance monitoring, configuration, and policy orchestration); and Everfox One-Way Transfer Data Diodes (hardware-enforced one-way data transfer appliances for secure network segmentation). The notice explicitly states that substantial equivalents or "or-equal" items are not being considered due to strict cross-domain accreditation and system interoperability requirements.
Capability statements must be submitted via email to Contracting Officer Kristen Colyer (kristen.colyer@socom.mil) no later than 15 July at 1600 hours, limited to three pages maximum. Required submission information includes: company profile (name, address, point of contact, UEI number, CAGE code); socio-economic status (business size standard for NAICS 541519 with 150 employee size standard, and applicable designations such as 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, or HUBZone); existing contract vehicles holding Everfox products (GWACs, MAS, GSA MAS, NASA SEWP V/VI, NIH CIO-CS); and OEM partnership documentation proving authorized reseller status with Everfox, including capability to secure independent, competitive pricing directly from the OEM or disclosure of exclusive deal-registration restrictions. The Government will not reimburse response costs, and information collected will be used solely to determine competitive procurement strategy and appropriate small business set-asides.

1. PURPOSE
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). No solicitation is being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
HQUSSOCOM is conducting market research to identify qualified sources, particularly small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned small businesses), that are capable of providing the specific brand name hardware, software, and associated services detailed below.
2. BACKGROUND AND REQUIREMENT
The Government has a requirement to acquire and deploy secure cross-domain transfer capabilities to support mission-critical network environments. To maintain absolute compatibility, interoperability, and security compliance with existing cyber security infrastructure, the Government requires specific brand name products from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Everfox (formerly Forcepoint Federal).
The government requires the following specific brand name hardware, software, and licensing bundles:
• Everfox High Speed Guard (HSG) Generation 5 Hardware Bundles o Description: High-performance cross domain guard hardware, including required platform software and baseline security policies.
• Everfox Control Center Management Servers o Description: Centralized administration and management servers for CDS appliance monitoring, configuration, and policy orchestration.
• Everfox One-Way Transfer Data Diodes o Description: Hardware-enforced one-way data transfer appliances to secure network segmentation boundaries.
Note: The Government is seeking authorized resellers capable of providing the exact OEM products listed above. Substantial equivalents or "or-equal" items are not being considered at this time due to strict cross-domain accreditation and system interoperability requirements.
3. CAPABILITY STATEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors capable of providing the required brand name products are requested to submit a Capability Statement. To effectively evaluate market availability, competitive viability, and potential contract vehicle pathways, responses must include the following information:
1. Company Profile:
o Company Name and Address o Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone Number) o UEI Number and CAGE Code
2. Socio-Economic Status:
o Identify your business size standard for NAICS code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services - Information Technology Value Added Resellers - 150 Employee Size Standard) or alternative suggested NAICS.
o List any applicable socio-economic designations (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone).
3. Contract Vehicles:

4. OEM Partnership / Authorized Reseller Status:
o Provide explicit proof or documentation demonstrating that your company is a current, authorized reseller in good standing with Everfox.
o Important: Indicate whether you are capable of securing independent, competitive pricing directly from the OEM for this requirement, or if pricing is subject to exclusive OEM deal-registration restrictions that may preclude you from offering competitive quotes on this specific effort.
