NOTICE:

This is a sources sought notice; there is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought notice is published for market research purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources capable of providing exercise support in the form of support logistics and training areas in support of Live Tissue

Models (LTM) and Non-Transplantable Anatomical Material at Hurlburt Field, Florida. A draft

Statement of Work is included to provide respondents a better understanding of the needs of

Hurlburt Field and the respondent's potential ability to meet the Government's requirements.

Please keep in mind that the attached draft Statement of Work does not define the final requirement. Prospective contractors must be certified by the Association of Laboratory

Animal Care (AAALAC) and be currently placed on the USSOCOM mandatory use vendor list IAW USSOCOM Animal Use Management Plan, and USSOCOM Directive

350-29 or ability to properly procure these required certifications for the medical elements of this requirement.

DETAILS:

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The National American Industry Classification System

(NAICS) code for this action is 531120. Prospective contractors are cautioned to ensure that the proper NAICS code appears in their SAM.

All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package. Interested contractors shall submit up to a maximum 10 page capabilities document. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.

Include the following in your statement of capabilities:

(a) Company Name

(b) Address

(c) Point of Contact

(d) Telephone number

(e) E-Mail Address

(f) CAGE Code

(g) Web Page URL (if available) and

(h) Small business size certification if applicable

Please submit one (1) electronic copy of your response to robert.rogers.70@us.af.mil no later than 10 March 2022 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time.

CONCLUSION:

The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this sources sought nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This sources sought does not constitute a Request for Quote, nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. If the Government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date.
