About this file
This Sources Sought document is a market research request from the Department of the Air Force's 502D Air Base Wing at Joint Base San Antonio seeking potential contractors for golf cart and pedestrian pre-fabricated bridges. The solicitation involves a one-time purchase for removing, disposing, and installing two bridges: one golf cart bridge at Hole 18 at JBSA Lackland and one pedestrian bridge at JBSA Chapman Training Annex. The government is specifically interested in identifying small business contractors capable of providing all necessary tools, labor, management, materials, and transportation for bridge installation, with a focus on ADA compliance and safe pedestrian/golf cart conveyance.
Respondents are asked to provide voluntary information including NAICS code confirmation, small business status, socio-economic classifications, potential questions about the draft Performance Work Statement, and voluntary cost inputs for the bridges and installation. The response deadline is 5 September 2025 at 1:00 pm central, with submissions to be sent via email to Miranda Garza and Lauren Macias in MS Word or PDF format. This is a market research exercise to determine acquisition strategy, and participants will not receive formal evaluation results or notifications.
