About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice for programmable building controllers for the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in New Orleans, Louisiana. The notice seeks information from vendors on commercially available direct digital controllers that can interface with the existing Trane Government licensed software. Vendors are requested to provide details on their available controllers, including model numbers, product descriptions, communications protocols, and manufacturer data sheets. Vendors are also asked to identify any installed systems where Trane software has been used to configure non-Trane controllers for HVAC systems, including project details and customer references.

Interested vendors are required to submit a capabilities statement package of no more than 5 pages by November 7, 2024. This is a market research effort, and the government is not obligated to pay for any information received from potential sources.
