About this file
This Sources Sought Synopsis is for an Airfield Data Management Server Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the United States Air Force at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The Remote Maintenance and Monitoring (RMM) team has developed a system to be installed at over 100 locations, creating a connected network of data processing and storage sites. The procurement is designated under NAICS 541512 with a $34M size standard, and has specific requirements including US citizenship for contractor personnel and no foreign participation permitted.
Potential vendors must complete a Contractor Capability Survey by close of business on October 23, 2025, submitted via email to Shanita Manuel and Tony Dollard. The survey requires detailed business information, including company size status (small business, veteran-owned, etc.), and responses to capability questions covering facility capabilities, quality assurance processes, project management, and commerciality details. The market research is for planning purposes and does not guarantee future solicitation or contract award, with the government explicitly stating they will not reimburse participants for survey expenses.
