About this file

This document is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeking information on enterprise solutions for integrating building controls, monitoring, and cybersecurity requirements for wastewater and potable water systems at two DLA sites.

The DLA is looking to identify suitable enterprise solutions to streamline program management, sustainment, and lifecycle replacement of components and software for Building Control Systems (BCS) and Utility Control Systems (UCS). The agency is specifically seeking information on the respondent's ability to provide comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance services, as well as their current capabilities in meeting the extensive cybersecurity requirements outlined in the attachment. The DLA is not seeking quotes or proposals at this time, but rather feedback and input from interested parties on the best approach to attain these services. Respondents are asked to provide a capabilities statement with details on their company, relevant experience, and responses to specific questions posed by the DLA. Responses are due by April 12, 2024, and will be used to develop a potential future solicitation, if applicable.
