REQUEST FOR PRICING INFORMATION (FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY):

The Government is conducting market research to estimate a fair market price for this potential future acquisition. To assist in this effort, interested parties are requested to provide preliminary, non-binding pricing information as described below. This information will be used for internal planning and budgetary purposes only.

1. Proposed CLIN Structure: Provide a recommended Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure that aligns with the requirements described in the SOW/PWS. Your proposed structure should break down the work into logical, separately identifiable line items, considering elements such as labor categories, materials, travel, and deliverables.

2. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Pricing: Provide general pricing or a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for the proposed CLINs. This pricing should be for planning purposes only. Include a brief explanation of the methodology used to develop these estimates (e.g., historical data, commercial pricing models).

3. Pricing Feedback: Offer feedback on potential pricing models (e.g., Firm-Fixed- Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Time & Materials) that you believe would be most suitable and efficient for this requirement, along with supporting rationale.

4. Contract Vehicle Information: Indicate if these services/items are available on an existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) or other Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) you hold, and provide the contract number.

• NOTE: Responses are for information only and do not constitute an offer. Do not submit a formal, detailed proposal with specific pricing as if it were a formal solicitation; such information will not be considered a proposal. The information requested here is solely for the Government's use in market analysis and acquisition planning. The level of pricing detail requested should be appropriate for market research (e.g., ROM or general pricing, not a detailed cost proposal).

No phone calls will be accepted. Responses shall be in writing and sent via email to Tamela Lewis at tamela.t.lewis@irs.gov on or before 4PM, April 13, 2026.
