About this file
The provided document is a National Park Service Annual Inspection and Testing of Automatic Fire Sprinkler System - Wet Pipe (Form AS-1A). It covers the minimum requirements of NFPA 25 for fire sprinkler systems connected to distribution systems without supplemental tanks or fire pumps. The form includes inspection, testing, and maintenance tasks to be performed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, third-year, and fifth-year basis. Key items assessed include control valves, gauges, backflow prevention devices, fire department connections, sprinklers, pipes, and waterflow alarm devices. The form also covers maintenance procedures such as obstruction investigations, flushing, and replacement of sprinklers and hoses. The completed form includes signatures from the contractor representative and the NPS employee. This appears to be a standard inspection and testing form rather than a specific contract opportunity.
