Key personnel must include a Project Manager with at least seven years in industrial controls projects and two years in a SCADA upgrade leadership role, and a Lead Programmer/Controls Engineer with seven years of PLC programming (ControlLogix) and SCADA/HMI development experience (AVEVA or similar). Offerors must provide three verifiable references, performance documentation, and confirm background checks will be conducted for all employees in compliance with City of Atlanta standards.
