About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award from the City of Casselberry's Procurement and Contract Management Division for Solicitation SOQ-2025-1263 covering Surveying, GIS, and Infrastructure Asset Management services. The City intends to award the contract to three firms: Colliers Engineering & Design, Inc., Dyer, Riddle, Mills & Precourt Inc., and Southeastern Surveying and Mapping, Corp. The Notice is subject to final approval by the City Commission and does not constitute a formal agreement until execution.
The document outlines the procurement process, including provisions that allow bidders who are not the intended awardees to file a Notice of Award Protest within three business days of the notice's posting. The City reserves the right to rescind the award, reject all bids, cancel the solicitation, or re-solicit if the apparent successful bidder fails to accept, negotiate, or execute the agreement. The contract appears to be for professional municipal services, with the potential for task-based project assignments and potential multi-year renewal options, though specific contract value details are not explicitly stated in this Notice of Intent to Award document.
