About this file

This Statement of Objectives (SOO) details a renovation effort for Rooms E417 and E420 in Building 300 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, for the Weapons Superiority Division. The project requires a contractor to design, construct, and install new cubicles/offices with modular walls, power connections, and carpeting, while removing existing office furniture and flooring, with the primary objectives of maximizing occupancy, ensuring functionality, and maintaining compliance with Base Facility Standards.

The renovation aims to address current space limitations by creating a more efficient workspace that can accommodate more employees while maintaining workflow efficiency. Key performance requirements include arranging cubicles to maximize personnel placement, providing adequate workspace and power access, and adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and ergonomic guidelines. A site visit is scheduled for 08 APR 25 at 1400, and interested contractors should coordinate with Matthew Loomis (matthew.loomis.4@us.af.mil). The project will be managed by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center, with contact points including Michele Watts and Patrick Madan for further communication and documentation submission.
