About this file
The document is a Solution Brief Application for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeking innovative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance financial reporting and audit processes. The solicitation (SP4701-25-S-C004) aims to streamline time-consuming and resource-intensive financial auditing by identifying AI technologies that can reduce manual data review, minimize human error, and improve overall financial management efficiency. Key requirements include solutions at the IL4 technology readiness level, FedRAMP Moderate certification (with potential for IL5 and FedRAMP High), and the ability to demonstrate prototype capabilities within 12-16 weeks that address operational challenges such as inventory tracking, treasury reconciliation, internal controls, and financial system modernization. Vendors must submit Solution Briefs by April 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT, with the potential for fixed-price commercial contracts or other transaction agreements, targeting transformative AI approaches to resolve DoD audit material weaknesses and support the agency's global defense supply chain mission.
