It imports and load the latest LMIS data for a delivery zone along with historical average monthly consumption (AMC) data. The delivery trucks load commodities to deliver and the AutoDRV is taken along in a laptop. With AutoDRV, the delivery personnel counts stock found at the visiting facility and compares that with history consumption pattern and the MIN/MAX stocking requirement for the type of facility/product. Based on these information, AutoDRV calculates the quantity of stock to deliver or to remove excess stock. Data is captured on AutoDRV for that facility and the delivery truck goes to the next facility in the delivery route. At the end of the delivery run, AutoDRV database runing on the laptop is synced with Top Up database. Top Up read the current data and captures the current stock status in the delivered facilities. | Microsoft .Net, SQL server compact edition | It can import data from Top Up and sync it's own data back to Top Up | Deployed in Zimbabwe and Nigeria. | |
