About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the State of North Dakota's Information Technology Department (NDITD) for Culture Training services. The RFP requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide behavior-based leadership training for 20-25 NDITD staff. No budget amount has been identified, and the training will be held on-site in Bismarck, ND in the fall of 2024. The RFP includes a question and answer section that clarifies details such as training format, IT infrastructure requirements, and the expected number and types of trainees.
The RFP does not provide any specific pricing terms, set-asides, or incumbent information. It indicates that NDITD will provide support for any necessary firewall or network configurations to ensure access to the third-party training platform. The training is expected to be provided to a mix of NDITD staff, including both managers and other employees, with all participants attending the training on-site.
