The procurement requires five line items: one YAMAHA F300XCB 300HP outboard engine with 25-inch shaft and right-hand rotation; one YAMAHA F300UCB 300HP outboard engine with 30-inch shaft and right-hand rotation; one YAMAHA LF300XCB 300HP outboard engine with 25-inch shaft and left-hand rotation; two Yamaha 6CE45972200 SWS2 W-SDS propellers (15x21-T); and one Yamaha 6CF45972200 SWS2 W-SDS propeller (3x15x21-TL). All five line items have a delivery date of November 30, 2026, to USSOUTHCOM SCSHQ in Doral, Florida, with the contractor responsible for transportation costs under FOB Destination terms. Quoters must submit manufacturer specifications including warranty information and are explicitly advised that only authorized dealers or vendors capable of directly supplying the specified Yamaha brand engines will be considered; quotes from third-party brokers or agencies will be deemed non-responsive. The evaluation will be based on lowest evaluated price, with the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote receiving award. Quoters must hold prices firm for 30 calendar days and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), with all submitted quotes required to be all-inclusive of any credit card processing fees.

(6) The Contractor recognizes that compliance with the requirements of this clause are material to the Government's payment decisions for purposes of 31 U.S.C. 3729(b)(4).

(c) The Contractor must include the substance of this clause, including this paragraph (c), in subcontracts at any tier, including those for commercial products and commercial services, except those where the place of delivery or performance is outside the United States.
