The volume will be evaluated on its innovative approach to delivering an entertaining, attention grabbing, engaging, and appropriate performance. The volume will be evaluated on the innovative approach for the planned performances. The USG will give preference to an approach that is effective in delivering the required content (PWS 1.1.1) while being entertaining, interactive, and subject matter appropriate (PWS 1.1.2 & 5.2.4).

b. Management Plan. The volume will be evaluated on its management plan that demonstrates the Contractor's ability to provide all services with appropriately trained staff that ensures all services are delivered timely without delay.

c. Quality Control Plan (QCP). The QCP will be evaluated to determine the effectiveness of the plan to ensure prompt identification, prevention and non-recurrence of defective services.
