The solicitation (W9128F26QA048) was issued on March 31, 2026, with an offer due date of April 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The requirement is for 9 complete rubber seal assemblies (Item 0001) using a firm fixed price pricing arrangement. The product service code is 9320, and the NAICS code is 423840. Quotations must be submitted electronically to the contract specialist and must include company information, CAGE code, UEID, TIN, acknowledgment of all solicitation amendments, and agreement with all terms and conditions. The offeror must maintain price firm for 90 calendar days from the receipt date. All applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference, including those related to small business representations, Buy American compliance, telecommunications equipment prohibitions, and standard commercial items contracting terms.
