About this file
This document is a Standard Form 1449 Solicitation for a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) contract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District. The solicitation (W9128F25QA069) seeks a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to perform non-destructive testing on hydraulic steel structures at Fort Randall Dam in Pickstown, South Dakota. The contract is set aside for small businesses in the Testing Laboratories and Services NAICS code (541380), with a size standard of $19 million, and has a performance period from August 11, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

Evaluation criteria include technical capabilities (demonstrating NDT technician qualifications), past performance (three references for similar NDT services), and pricing. Proposals must be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist Brandie Murphy by August 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time, with a 90-day price firm period. The total contract is a firm-fixed price arrangement, with three line items: mobilization/demobilization, on-site NDT services, and test report deliverables.
