1. Price

2. Technical

3. Past Performance

Formal Subfactors have not been established for the evaluation. However, the Contracting Officer intends to review technical quotes for characteristics of the products, delivery and installation schedule, and warranty.

The Government will conduct a performance risk assessment based on the quality, timeliness, and cost control of the quoter's past performance. The Government will review past performance information obtained from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), information provided by the quoter, and any other sources available to the Government

Procedures from FAR RFO 12.201 and FAR RFO 12.203 will be used for this acquisition. Relative importance of the factors is not required and will not be established.
