About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services issued by the U.S. Air Force (577 SWES/DIFF) under solicitation number W50S8326QA002. The procurement is a women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside for 100% of the requirement, with a solicitation issue date of 20 AUG 2026 and an offer due date of 18 SEP 2026 at 05:00 AM. The contract is being issued as a firm fixed-price acquisition for GASNT Materials (Product Service Code L059) with a primary contact at 577 SWES/DIF.
The solicitation encompasses the delivery of materials to eleven Air Force installations across the United States: Seymour Johnson AFB (NC), Minot AFB (ND), Grissom ARB (IN), Whiteman AFB (MO), Kirtland AFB (NM), Goldwater ANG Base (AZ), McConnell AFB (KS), Tinker AFB (OK), General Mitchell ARW (WI), McGhee Tyson ANG Base (TN), and Fairchild ARW (WA). Each location constitutes a separate line item (0001-0011) with delivery dates staggered between October 2026 and August 2027. Materials must be delivered in new, weather-tight ISO shipping containers palatized for forklift transportation, with ownership of the container transferring to the Government upon delivery. The contractor is responsible for all transportation costs, and the cost of the shipping container must be included in unit pricing. Inspection and acceptance occur at each destination location, with Government Quality Assurance Representatives verifying quantity, condition, conformance to specifications, and proper packaging. The contractor must submit receiving reports in WAWF and comply with extensive federal acquisition regulations, security requirements for military base access, and various small business utilization requirements applicable to WOSB set-asides.
